It isn’t often that you find that perfect marriage of delicious food, warm hospitality and cozy surroundings, but for 17 years Patty and Mike Shade have delivered just that.
“The whole family has a passion for food”, says Patty “My father was a baker for 25 years, and I remember my mother’s delicious recipes. That is what we bring to our Bistro. Great food is in our blood…”
And it is great food. From home-style Italian food and freshly baked bread to their family-inspired Macedonian specialties, their love of what they do shows.
“The party room has really added another dimension to our restaurant.” states Patty “I love to welcome and entertain large groups!”
The party room is a beautiful expansion to the main dining room, yet quiet enough for private functions. From small gatherings of 10 to large, lively groups of 45, this is the place. Groups can pre-order their food so it is hot and ready upon arrival, or order off the menu. Thinking bigger? Sages Bistro has a full catering menu, too.
